1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship your order the same day if placed before 16:00 CEST on a buisness day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next day. Delivery generally takes 24 hours with DHL Express. For exact time please follow the link in your shipping comformation or “my account” page.

2. What should I do if I want to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an unused item in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please fill out our Return form here.

3. How long does it take to get a refund after returning an item?

The refund will be processed within one week from the acceptance of your return and will be issued through the original payment method.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For bank transfers, products are shipped only after the payment has been received.
